Sylvain has developed and has been teaching a course on medtech law (innovation, CE-marking, contracting, compliance) at the University of Neuchâtel under the auspices of the Swiss Health Law Institute since 2010.


GMAC is a group of independent medtech business angels that invests in promising early-stage medtech ventures sharing a few fundamental principles.

Masschallenge Switzerland

Sylvain has been a coach to early-stage healthtech startups and award selection judge since its inception in 2016.  In the 2018 run, MassChallenge Switzerland received some 1’000 applications, selected some 60 ventures for the coaching programme and selected 12 award winners, half of which in lifesciences.

MassChallenge Israel, Tel Aviv

Sylvain accepted an offer to be added to the roster of coaches of MassChalkenge Israel starting in 2020.
